On this project we completely changed the downstairs of the house taking out 3 structual walls and installing structual steels. Created a new downstairs toilet under the stairs and blocked back door to create window opening and opened up the back end of the house to create a large 4.5m opening for bifold doors. We rewired the kitchen to all its new positions and moved radiator positions and moved wastepipes. Once we started work we quickly found no insulation in any of the timber floor so we insulated between the joists and laid new chipboard flooring. All walls and ceilings were plastered and decorated. New kitchen installed, skirting,architrave and doors to finish everything off. We have already booked in to come back and start work on the garden.
